Lyons man facing drug charges
A Lyons man has been arrested and charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office say they were called to Old Lyons Road on May 5 for a disturbance. Sheriff's Deputies say Juan R. Roman, 51, of Lyons, went to another lot to talk to the park manager about people stealing items off his property. Sheriff's Deputies say Roman started yelling and making threats. There was a child at the lot during the disturbance.
When arresting Roman, sheriff's deputies say they found a black bag containing several items of drug paraphernalia belonging to Roman.
Roman was arraigned in court and is due back at a later date.
