Deputies: Lyons man punched woman in the face | Crime
A 47-year-old Lyons man has been arrested on assault charges.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies say David Marriott punched a woman in the face, causing a laceration to her upper lip.
Marriot was arraigned and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail.
A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
