Deputies: Man tackled, punched his girlfriend | Crime
A 47-year-old Lyons man has been arrested for assault and aggravated criminal contempt.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies say Ricky Duval tackled and then punched his girlfriend after she tried to run away from him. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
Deputies say Duval violated an existing order of protection. He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail.
