Macedon man charged with felony DWI | Crime

A Macedon man is facing felony DWI charges.

Andrew C. Johnson, 24, of Macedon is charged with felony DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.16%. Police stopped him on State Route 31 in Macedon just after 3:00am on July 30 for failing to keep right and for having a loud exhaust. Johnson is facing felony DWI charges because he was convicted of DWI within the last ten years.

Johnson was arraigned in Macedon Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $1,500.00 cash or $3,000.00 bond. His license was also suspended. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court on August 2.
