Wayne Co. man charged with driving a tractor while under the influence | Crime
A 39-year-old Wayne County man has been charged with felony DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies say William C. Bracy was operating a large, farm-style tractor on Route 104 in the Village of Red Creek around10:30 p.m. with no lights.
Deputies stopped Bracy and determined he was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. As the investigation continued, Bracy was arrested for DWI.
After a license history check by deputies, they learned Bracy’s license was currently revoked due to a prior DWI.
Bracy was arraigned and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
