Macedon man accused of setting ex-girlfriend's garage on fire
A Macedon man is under arrest for allegedly setting his ex-girlfriend's garage on fire earlier this month.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Department, 31-year-old Brent Ashley broke into his ex-girlfriend's car on February 5. The car was parked at the American Legion in Macedon. Ashley put the car in neutral and let it roll into another car.
Ashley then set the woman's garage on fire shortly after. The woman's home was just minutes from the Legion. Ashley was charged with arson on Sunday.
